His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, has sent a cable of greetings to Georgi Parvanov, president of the Republic of Bulgaria, on the occasion of his country’s National Day, The Daily Times reads today.
His Majesty the Sultan expressed his greetings and best wishes to the president and the friendly people of Bulgaria.
